I love the fact that the novel explored family relationships and its depth. It showed how far parents can go to defend their child, which is very touching to the core. But what I like the most is how the author showed his readers the things that happen inside a courtroom. Well, it really inspired me.
I can say that Defending Jacob is an amazing novel especially for aspiring lawyers like me. Just be prepared for a very very shocking ending!
